REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Due to the unfortunate circumstances of the COVID-19 crisis, the 2020 Pink Flamingo Tournament has been cancelled. Anyone who has already registered will receive a refund if they wish.

For those who were planning on playing, we apologize for this, but if you are in a position to continue to support the Spinal Cord Society, we have set up a page on our new website to accept donations. Whatever you offer is greatly appreciated.
